A series of body accessories and jewellery pieces comissioned by Wanbing Huang's At-One-Ment for the womenswear collection SS2019.
The given inspiration was the inner scar of being heartbroken.
My translation went into 6 wearable artefacts:
"Shattered romantic dreams", a cracked flower mask;
"The broken vision of a romance", eyewear;
"Dripping", textile earrings;
and two body armours.
There is a sense of femininity and fragility as well as poetry, sadness and inner strength.
